Could your staff potentially come in to contact with aggressive members of the public while doing their job? Tact 4 are specialists in designing organisation specific training for your team teaching them how to keep themselves safe when dealing with conflict.
With over 20 years experience we pride ourselves on creating and delivering world class best practice industry specific training.
We understand how important it is to have professional staff who reflect the values of the organisations they represent.
Therefore we guarantee that any staff member does not meet the minimum requirements of this training, we will commit to working with that individual to give them the best opportunity to succeed, along with any recommendations for that staff member moving forward.

Training although mandatory under Work Health and Safety actually benefits your organisation in a number of ways, it ensures that your staff are able to communicate with members of the public without bias, professionally, consistently and safely. It also allows staff to be more confident in managing and communicating through any conflict and it sets a standard of conduct across the organisation which staff are accountable to. This keeps the organisation safe from litigation against rouge employees who have stepped outside of the mandated and approved training.
