You know it’s time for a change, right? This is about not waiting but taking a good hard look at the life you're living.

Every so often something happens to encourage – or force us – to re-examine how we're living, working and feeling. The global pandemic has been that catalyst for many. We've all had to navigate our way through the uncertainty as best we can. Some people have thrived and created new opportunities, while others feel as though they've barely survived – just doing what they can to get by. Some are waiting for the pandemic to pass to get their old lives back, or for ‘the right time’ to make a move.

We coaches know that many people had big plans for growth and change before the pandemic hit. Promotions, career changes, savings plans, running a marathon, leaving an unhealthy relationship, going back to study, getting a healthier body and more.

This session is about not waiting! It's about deciding the next best steps for you. For the opportunists it’s about an even bigger grab at life. For the survivors it’s about working out what they most need and want. And for the waiters, it’s about taking action. But it’s not for the faint-hearted! Truths must be told, and work must be done to identify what’s working and what’s not. You’ll conduct an audit deep into the corners of mindset, career, finances, health and relationships – so be prepared to reflect, assess, decide, strategise and plan – all with a dose of accountability and a good helping of courage. It’s about taking time out from the noise of life to clarify your vision, understand your strengths, nurture your priorities and encourage your evolution as a human. Are you getting the right support for your young person?
 

Getting the right support and help for your young person during this critical time in their lives is very important.

​

It has been said that in order for most young people to grow into a happy and healthy young adult they need at least seven trusted adults in their life apart from their parents, they can confide in and trust.

 If you are a parent/caregiver, then this can be one of the most challenging and stressful times, for you and your family, as you feel powerless, not knowing how to help your child.

As a parent or caregiver you just know that you have done the best you can but know your young person is unhappy and feels lost and alone in this world right now.

How our unique coaching works
 

The good news is they don't need to continue to suffer in silence. 

We are not meant to be living in a constant state of worry, anxiety, fear, doubt, confusion, frustration or sadness.

After both you and your young person complete an online form for us letting us know some of the main issues your child is facing we will arrange an initial online video chat with your young person to get to know them briefly and make sure they feel comfortable opening up to us.  If they are then fully onboard with the changes they want to make in their lives we will set up an initial four part coaching plan just for them to take them through the first month. 

​

This will identify key areas they would like help with and some techniques they need to learn so they can start to develop into a strong, happy healthy young adult.  Each young person is a unique individual so there is not a set coaching programme we run as a one size fits all.  We will assist your child with the very personal and unique struggles your young person is currently facing.  For some young people after a month they have healed through their main issues and are ready to spread their wings and to face the world, for others they need more ongoing support which we can talk to you about about the first initial month of coaching and hypnotherapy.

Hypnosis is a state of heightened awareness or focused attention. During hypnosis, you have a better connection to your unconscious mind. Hypnosis is the delivery vehicle for useful messages to your mind. Hypnosis opens up new and different ways of understanding your situation, introduces more helpful thought processes which creates new possibilities and opportunities for you to live the life you want to live.

What does it feel like to be hypnotised and how does it help?

 

People describe feeling completely relaxed.   

It is a natural and safe process, just like when you are getting completely absorbed in a book or movie or you are using your imagination to dream. You remain in full control of your mind and body, awake and aware of your surroundings.

 

People experience hypnosis in different ways and the experience can vary from session to session as well. Sometimes you will experience a deeper trance, other times, a lighter trance. The outcome is not dependant on the depth of trance. You decide which suggestions you find useful for you and which ones you will simply ignore.

Our mind is responsible for our physical and mental well-being. By influencing our thoughts in positive ways, we can have control over our lives. We can learn to let go of those thoughts and emotions that do not serve us anymore. We can learn new skills, to make life easier for ourselves. I know that when people are taught specific skills and learn to recognise their inner strengths and potential through hypnosis, improvement is fast! The truth is, we already have most of the resources we need to solve a problem within us, we just don’t always know how to access them, because we are not always consciously aware of them. Hypnosis creates this mind-body connection, unlocking the resources you need to solve a problem.
